crickex Terms and Conditions

01Introduction and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Members") of the crickex platform ("Site"). By accessing the Site, opening an account, or using any service, you give your full agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Site.

crickex is an online betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, sports betting, slot games and live casino services to Bangladeshi users. These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law.

crickex reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect from the date they are published on the Site. Members are advised to check this page regularly at their own responsibility.

1.1 Age Requirement

All crickex services are for users aged 21 and above only. At the time of account registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If crickex suspects that a user is underage, it may immediately suspend that account.

02Account Registration and Security

To use crickex services you must open a personal account. Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and is treated as a breach of the Site's security rules.

2.1 Registration Requirements

All information provided at registration must be true and accurate.
Your name, mobile number and other details must be your own.
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
You may not allow any other person to use your account.
Any breach of account security must be reported to crickex support immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

For withdrawals above a certain amount or for suspicious transactions, crickex may request documents to verify your identity. The relevant transaction may be held until verification is complete. This process is in place to protect all members.

2.3 Account Closure

A member may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. crickex also reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a rule violation.

03Deposit and Payment Policy

Deposits on crickex are made using popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. The currently accepted methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be reversed.
Once a deposit is successful, it is generally credited to your account immediately.
If a deposit is delayed for any reason, contact live chat and provide the transaction details.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.

Withdrawal requests may be declined while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress. Please submit a withdrawal request after the wagering requirement has been completed.

04Bonus and Promotion Rules

crickex offers various bonuses and promotions to its members. Each bonus has its own conditions which must be read in full before claiming.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

4.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

Weekly crickex Reload Festival: 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering is 18 times the bonus. Minimum deposit ৳200. This bonus can be claimed once per week on a qualifying deposit.
crickex Slot Adventure Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000. Wagering is 25 times the bonus. This bonus is available once per day when depositing for slot games.
Cricket Deposit Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000. Wagering is 20 times the bonus. This bonus applies once per week when depositing to bet on cricket or sports.
crickex Birthday Special Gift: Up to ৳2,000, wagering is 15 times the bonus. This reward can be claimed once on the birthday registered on your account.
Refer a Friend and Win with crickex: Up to ৳3,000, wagering is 10 times the bonus. This reward is credited to your account once each referred friend becomes active.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be completed first.
If the same bonus is claimed from multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled.
crickex reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus at any time.
Only bets placed on specified games count toward wagering — the applicable game list for each bonus applies.

05Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

All members of the crickex platform are expected to bet and play fairly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
Using software, bots or automated methods to place bets.
Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
Attempting to profit dishonestly by exploiting technical errors on the platform.
Coordinating with other members ("collusion") to influence game outcomes.

If any such activity is detected, crickex may immediately close the relevant account and forfeit any funds held. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

06VIP Program Rules

The crickex VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is applied at the set rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total wins). Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

VIP tier is determined by a member's ongoing activity — you can move to a higher tier through regular play. crickex reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

07Data Protection and Privacy

crickex uses modern security measures including SSL encryption to protect members' personal data. Full details of how your information is collected, stored and used can be found in the crickex Privacy Policy.

By registering as a member, you consent to crickex sending service-related information to your registered mobile number or email. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

08Limitation of Liability

crickex aims to provide a quality gaming experience through its platform. However, crickex is not liable for the following:

Issues caused by loss of internet connection.
Technical errors on the part of third-party game providers.
Losses caused by a member's own device or connection problems.
Account credentials being compromised due to a member's own negligence.
Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

crickex reserves the right to void any win or reward incorrectly displayed due to a technical error in the gaming system.
